Application Passwords
Self-hosted WordPress 5.6+
Log in to your WordPress admin panel
Go to Users → Your Profile
Scroll to Application Passwords section
Enter 'KatanaSEO' as the application name and click 'Add New'
Copy the generated password
In KatanaSEO, go to Profile Settings → CMS and enter your WP URL, username, and the application password

OAuth2
WordPress.com / Jetpack
In KatanaSEO, go to Profile Settings → CMS
Select OAuth2 as the authentication method
Click 'Connect with WordPress.com'
Authorize KatanaSEO to access your site
You'll be redirected back to KatanaSEO with the connection established

KatanaSEO Connect Plugin
Self-hosted WordPress (custom plugin)
Download the KatanaSEO Connect plugin from your dashboard
Upload and activate the plugin in WordPress
Go to Settings → KatanaSEO Connect in WordPress
Copy the API key shown on the settings page
In KatanaSEO, go to Profile Settings → CMS and enter your WP URL and the API key
