The Service is provided on a subscription basis with tier-based allocations. All automated operations run on schedule based on your subscription tier.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service.

You are responsible for protecting the password you use to access the service and for any activity or action under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Billing and Subscriptions

The Service operates on a subscription-based model with monthly or annual billing. Each plan includes a monthly allocation of articles and automated operations per website profile. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law.

User Content

Our service allows you to generate, store, publish and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics or other material.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content generated through the Service. KatanaSEO does not claim any intellectual property rights over your generated content, keywords, or published articles.

Content License

By publishing content through the service, you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly perform, display, reproduce and distribute such content on and through the service solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Content Restrictions

You agree not to use the service to send, publish or display content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory or otherwise objectionable
  • Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other intellectual property or proprietary rights

We will NEVER share your website content, CMS credentials, or account data with third parties under any circumstances, except when explicitly required by law. Your website data remains your property and is handled with the utmost confidentiality.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Heaptech SL and its licensors.

Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Heaptech SL. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply stop using the service or delete your account through the Settings page. After account deletion, your data will be archived for 90 days and then permanently removed.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Heaptech SL, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; nor do we make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the service.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
