By accessing or using KatanaSEO (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

KatanaSEO is an AI-powered SEO automation platform that provides keyword research, content generation, rank tracking, and CMS publishing services. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with credit-based usage.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Billing and Credits

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased through subscription plans or one-time purchases via Stripe. Credits are non-refundable except as required by law. Unused monthly credits do not roll over unless purchased as add-ons.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content generated through the Service. KatanaSEO does not claim any intellectual property rights over your generated content, keywords, or published articles.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate spam or misleading content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
  • Use automated tools to abuse API rate limits

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily affect availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

KatanaSEO is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
